Litigating Brain Injuries
I am very excited about my new book Litigating Brain Injuries, which I co-authored with Jeffrey Brown, MD, that will shortly be published by Thomson West. My editor just sent me the final gallies to proof, and I hope to see the book available to the public in the next few months.
The book is divided into two sections, the first detailing the handling of a traumatic brain injury case from start to finish, from initial interview through settlement or trial. The second half is an in depth review of the case from a neuropsychiatric point of view
