The Economic Consequences of Traumatic Brain Injury

On November 4, 2010, I gave a lecture to the Tennessee Association for Justice on the topic of “The Economic Consequences of Traumatic Brain Injury.”  The Tennessee Association for Justice is an organization of trial attorneys who represent individuals who have suffered injuries as a result of the negligence of others. And on November 11, 2010, I spoke before the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  My hour long presentation was “Cross-Examination of Defense Experts in the Traumatic Brain Injury Case.” Both of these groups are wonderful organizations dedicated to promoting and advancing high standards of professional ethics, competency and demeanor in the administration of justice in attorneys.
