American Association for Justice National Conference
On Friday, June 15, 2007, I had the pleasure of presenting “Proof and Argument of Causation and Damages in the Mild to Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury Case,” for the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association in Sun Valley, Idaho.
I will also be giving two presentations next month at the American Association for Justice’s national convention. The first presentation will be before the Trucking Litigation group, while the second presentation will be before the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.
This will be the first national convention I will be attending as National Governor representing the American Association of Trial Lawyers of America – New Jersey. In April 2007, I was elected by the members of ATLA-NJ to serve as the State’s national governor to the American Association for Justice. ATLA-NJ is a wonderful organization, which assists attorneys across the state of New Jersey in continuing their legal education and promoting advocacy to relevant topics affecting our state, and country.
You can find more information on how to become a member of ATLA-NJ and the opportunities available to members at ATLA-NJ’s website here.
