2006 Traumatic Brain Injury Conference to be Held in Miami
After the outstanding success of this year’s traumatic brain injury conference, the Board of Trustees of the North America Brain Injury Society (NABIS) voted last week to hold next year’s conference in Miami Beach, Florida in mid-September. As soon as the dates are confirmed, I will post them on this blog. Next year’s conference looks to bring together not only professionals from North America but professionals from Latin and South America as well. This Conference of the Americas looks to be an exciting opportunity to share ideas with our colleagues from Latin and South America. I have already received an email from Ron Savage, the Conference Chair, who has already begun plans to organize next year’s conference. Also at the board meeting, the Board of Trustees voted to add Ron Savage, Ed.D. and David Seaton, Community Living Chair as new trustees to serve on the board.
